Why YWAMers don't receive any salary
YWAM, Youth With A Mission, operates as a Faith Mission which means we give ourselves and talents to God.
Every individual staff member and the organization itself throughout YWAM worldwide (staff working in the field also ) are sustained through donations.
We depend on God and His people. A relationship- centered support system is based in relationship and requires communication, needing a strong sense of responsibility and obligation on both parts. We believe it is a good way to encourage each other. Through your love and supporting partnership, you become a part of our ministry in fulfilling the vision God has provided. Regular donations make you an active & effective Partner in missions.

우리는 하나님과 사람들로부터 관대한 후원을 받은 것 같이 우리 스스로도 관대한 사람이 되기 위해 힘씁니다. YWAM 사역자들은 보수를 기대하지 않고 사역을 통해 자기 자신과 재능을 드리는 삶을 삽니다.
